Terms & Regulations
✯Failure to adhere to the terms and regulations will not only prevent you from entering any future contracts with us (sales, breeding ect.) but we also have the full right and authority to re-posses any horse sold to you.✯
> You MUST be active on a forum. Wither it be Equestriad, E-Quest Sims, Equus Sims or S3BA.
> Only one copy of the horse will exist at any time. Our copy is not deleted in case you lose the file or we need to take the horse back for any reason.
> The horse has to keep our prefix (TDR) & I will decide if you can add you're prefix to the name as well.
> You may NOT change the foals show name but you can change the barn name.
> You may NOT offer the foal and/or the coat markings for public download, the exchange or any other forum of file sharing except to lease out for competition or breeding purposes.
> You may NOT change the horse's conformation, color or gender. Stallions can be gelded.
> You may change the mane & tail style (not color)
> I would like at least one (1) conformation picture so I can display is on my website (must be in adult stage).
> Three Diamond Ranch retains first buy-back rights should you wish to sell the horse at a later date. If we do not want the horse back then you may place the horse for sale on your website, this website, or any other horse community related forum. If you sell the horse purchased from us, you must notify us (three diamond ranch) with who you sold it to & with a website link. You must also inform the new owners of are rules. Best way is giving them a link to our website with the rules.
> The horse will be sent via email (.sims file)
> We reserve rights to reclaim the horse if our terms are broken, or if the owner becomes inactive.
> You're NOT allowed to use the horse's coat for a base or any other horse.
> You're NOT allowed to use the horse's conformation as a base or for any other horse.
> Horse(s) are NOT to be breed till they are atleast 4 yrs old & have at least 40 pts. (any forum is fine. S3BA, Equestriad, E-Quest Sims & Equus Sims)
> You must agree to create a profile for your horse with basic information & at least one (1) picture. If all you have is a facebook page you have to at least put up two (2) pics of the horse with the name & where you got the horse from. Once done you have to send us the link.
> When the foal is born, please link the stallion back to my website.
> You may not change the horse/foal traits.
> Once breeding is done & the mare is sent back, your mare will be deleted from our game.
> You must add a picture of your mare to the application when sending it in.
> You must enjoy the horse/foal!
